Relations with the Formation of Character Education Child Nation

Assalamu Alaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh

Dear Mr. President of the Republic of Indonesia
Dear father of Vice President of Indonesia
As well as high officials of State who I respect as well
And the young people of my compatriots countrymen proud

First of all we prayed for the presence of Allah SWT because of the pleasure we can get together here. Don’t forget we also send greetings to the Prophet Muhammad and his followers are pious until the end of time. On this occasion I will deliver a speech on "Relations with the Formation of Character Education Child Nation."
Hundreds of years past, the fighters this country has to sacrifice their wealth and their lives for the ideals of independence. Free from the shackles of colonialism is over Indonesia. Now that independence has been there in the clutch and was in plain sight. This is the successor task to fill the nation's independence by learning, giving pride of this country, so that we can progress as other countries, we can in view of authority in the eyes of the world.
Development of national character is the collective commitment of the Indonesian people face today's global demands. As a manifestation of the commitment, made the laws of the Republic of Indonesia Number 20 Year 2003 on National Education System of Article 3 which states that "national education serves to develop skills and form the character and civilization of the nations of dignity in the framework of the intellectual life of the nation and shape the character of the nation who good. Noble ideals of the nation as outlined in the national education goals is the embodiment of the nation's moral values that must be embedded and rooted in the life pattern of nation, state, and society. Global currents that move so quickly through the digital world of Internet media have managed to change the paradigm, patterns and lifestyles, and even values, attitudes and behaviors that affect the joints depletion of moral and morality of the nation which impact on the nation's waning character.
Ladies and Gentlemen!
In establishing the nation needed exemplary character of the nation's educators. However, now adults, many of which are no longer cares. The longer the pattern the more depleted. It was evident from the rampant violence against children. Violence against children can be viewed from four dimensions, namely:
1. Verbal Violence
2. Physical violence
3. Psychological violence
4. Violence related to professionalism
Ladies and Gentlemen!
Pancasila as a way of life will be only writing on paper. This paper will only be remembered. Of course we all want the best for this country. In establishing the character of the nation, it is clear who is responsible for the nation of competent educators. There needs to be exemplary. In principle, there is a positive correlation between personality exemplary teachers and students, whom Johnson described as "No matter how brilliant your plan, it will not work if you do not set an example". Thus, the teacher is seen as a source of exemplary because of the attitudes and behaviors of teachers have tremendous implications on the students. exemplary educators who must be inculcated into the students include integrity, professionalism, and sincerity.
1. Integrity
Integrity means, "the condition of having no part taken away" or "the character of uncorrupted Virtue." Often we use the word integrity, ethics and morality interchangeably to indicate the same purpose. Thus, the integrity can produce exemplary character such as honesty, ethics, and morals.
2. Professionalism
Professional people who usually do the work in accordance with their skills and devote themselves to the service user along with a sense of responsibility for the professional ability. Professionalism is seen as a skill inherent in a person in doing any kind of work professionally.
3. Sincerity
It appears that the integrity and professionalism have not been able to build a personality that educators should serve as examples for students, but must involve the sincerity that was born from a pure heart and a praiseworthy character.

Ladies and Gentlemen!
Can be deduced that, education is a lance tip that determines whether or not a Development State. Development education is not formal, as is popularly discussed, but a personal form and character of the nation, who believe in God Almighty, Creative, Honest, knowledgeable, and the spirit of Pancasila. We are proud of the educational institution that has produced scholars beings are intelligent and will no doubt excellent but the implementation on the ground reality is still far from expected. Therefore, the subject of reflection and thought character joint efforts to establish the nation should start from our educational institutions. If the pattern can be realized then stay complete with devices that support the realization of character education in Indonesia. So are the subject of reflection for us all is, how do we attempt to fill this independence with the things that boast. Let us strive together to form the character of the nation a good.
